Dr. Aynsley published another analysis in an HPAC Engineering 2008 article where he focused on "occupant productivity and satisfaction". He stated:
Constant air movement reduces the dew point while pressing room-temperature air against concrete floors. This equalizes the floor temperature to match the room which in turn reduces or eliminates the risk of condensation.
Constant air movement also gently stirs the air at all elevations which ensures dissipation of harmful chemical or exhaust concentrations.
